From Virginia Merge onto 1-495 E / 1-95 N (Capital Beltway - Outer Loop) toward Baltimore LOCAL LANES
Cross the Woodrow Wilson Bridge - Take Exit 2A onto National Harbor Boulevard

Once on National Harbor Boulevard:
Make a right at the second traffic light onto Fleet Street.

From Maryland Merge onto 1-495 S (Capital Beltway - Inner Loop) toward Richmond LOCAL LANES
Take Exit 2A onto National Harbor Boulevard

Once on National Harbor Boulevard:
Make a right at the second traffic light onto Fleet Street.
